8A - Solving The Problem

The solution that I am proposing is a service that one can subscribe to and will provide you with the exact information that you are looking for. This service will be call based and and will fully analyze your income, financial plan, and your time allocation to determine exactly how much you should be paying in order to get the most out of your student loan service. This will prevent these student loan services from taking advantage of the customer and will allow them to be financially stable much sooner than they would be without the service. If we were to add a product as well, this could be information in the form of a book to ensure the consumer has full comprehension of how their plan should work. The subscription would allow the consumer access to personalized calls based on their specific financial situation and payment plan and how they can use the student loan service to their advantage.

  1. Hi Jaiden,
great idea! Being from Germany, taking out a student loan is not such a big topic due to the very low student fees of public universities, but I think it definitely makes sense for the US! As the combination of education and money paid for it is a very crucial and potentially emotional topic, I can very well imagine that a lot of people would be interested. Actually, a partner from my student organization for entrepreneurship at the University of Mannheim (thinc.de), called deinestudienfinanzierung.de - based in Berlin - offers a similar service online for students in Germany who want to apply for or want to know which loan they are eligible for, depending on their income. Although the website is in German, it might give you some ideas about the layout!

  2. Hi Jaiden,
I think this is a great idea and something we don't always consider. Students are always looking for a "one stop shop" to make their lives easier. With financial aid and student loans it causes a lot of stress for students. Students should have a resource like this to help them pay off the debt faster and more efficiently. This plan is a great idea, it just may take some time to properly execute.

    Hi Jaden,

I think this a very great idea. There definitley should be something created for students and the representative helping students to go over their financial plan and making thing more efficient for them. Also, not allowing them to go into so much debt when graduating college the average salary is 40,000. This will be able to analyze one's individual for them to be set up with little debt.

  4. Hi Jaden,
This seems like a fantastic idea. Student loans are a major problem for the youth. Many people end up tens of thousands of dollars in debt, and even worse if you attend graduate school. Some people would say that college is more of a business than a learning institution. I am also aware that several of my friends have delayed going to college because they do not want to take out loans. A service that would provide the best solution for students or those contemplating loans would be awesome. If it goes well you could expand into other loan sectors such as auto loans.
