Gardens day care wants more classrooms, bigger playground

Currently the Gardens day care is doing very well and many kids are coming in each day and having fun. However, the playground can only comfortably allow 170 kids and that is not enough to meet the large amount of children that attend the park. The day care is facing issues with fitting people in the facilities so now they are expanding to make it more welcoming to all that want to come.

  1. Hi Jaiden,
it was very interesting to read through the local newspaper stories that you have chosen. It is interesting to see how a natural disaster such as a hurricane can actually create a lot of entrepreneurial opportunities. For instance, it would be interesting to know if there are shutters that are able to protect homes from a hurricane, but which also have a mechanism so they can easily be taken off by firemen.
I think especially for the first four stories, referring to the hurricane and the drug rehab center, there is also a high emotional involvement which has to be kept in mind when talking to the "customers" and creating the business idea.
    Very interesting!

  2. Hi Jaiden,

When reading each member from my group local newspaper articles, it was very intriguing and understanding. Hurricane Dorian was listed in majority of local newspaper throughout the United States. It was devastating for the Bahamas, their families and knowing it will take time for their city to recover. It was nice reading your local stories.
